Barb DeMaria has been in the real estate industry for 31 years. She was born and raised in the Alliston area, making her a local expert in Simcoe County. Through her extremely successful career, Barb has been a consecutive award winner earning most recently the prestigious Red Diamond Award which represents the top 2% of all 19,000 Royal LePage agents in Canada. In addition to this Barb has won the Lifetime Award of Excellence. Barb specializes in negotiation, sales, and in getting results for her clients. Travis DeMaria has been working in real estate since 2010 when he graduated from Georgian College obtaining a business diploma. Travis specializes in online marketing, advertising, social media, and the technological side of what real estate is now becoming. Travis has been raised in a real estate family and has worked along side the industry for over 9 years. In his short career, Travis has already won the Sales  Achievement Award, Master Sales Award, and President's Gold Award which put him into the top 10% of all Royal LePage agents in Canada.

Brent Bailey, a long time real estate veteran, has been working in the real estate business for over 42 years. Brent began working as an agent at just 18 and went on to become one of Alliston's most successful Realtors. After mastering sales, Brent expanded his career into management and went on to become the Broker owner of Complete Realty which eventually took the Royal Lepage brand. After over 20 years in ownership, Brent sold his real estate brokerage to Royal LePage RCR in 2011. Brent has exceptional skills in all areas of real estate ranging from management to people skills to the overall sales process of the real estate transaction.

Bill Scott is no stranger to the Alliston area. Bill has spent the last nine years in new home sales at Briar Hill. Prior to Bill selling new homes, he was the owner of Scott's Shoes located on the main street in Alliston for 33 years. Bill knows many people in the community and has extensive experience in customer service.

Brooklyn DeMaria is a five year agent who specializes in genuine client service. In hometown Alliston, she is motivated to provide the people in her community a sincere connection in their real estate experience. In addition to exceptional customer service, she is also proficient in online marketing strategy and design on various social media platforms.
